Soul Power Medicine Apprenticeship takes people who feel the call to walk the medicine path and, over three years, forms them into ceremonial leaders who can hold this work with integrity, skill, and lineage behind them.
And then — the deeper truth of it: It is equal parts mystery school, mentorship journey, deep personal healing, shamanic initiation, and sacred leadership training — anchored in the ancient, living wisdom of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition™.

What Makes This Different—And Needed Now
Many programs teach pieces of this work. Few are sanctioned by a living lineage. Fewer still hold it to a Master’s-level standard of depth, ethics, and personal mentorship. We created Soul Power Medicine because we couldn’t find a path that wove all of it together — the mysticism and the rigor, the lineage and the leadership, the medicine and the integrity.
What makes this program rare isn’t any single feature — it’s that all of it lives in one path.
This is not about adding another modality to your toolkit. It’s about becoming a connected, sovereign, and trustworthy ceremonial leader. Three things set this apprenticeship apart:
1. Lineage-sanctioned, not self-appointed. Your authority comes from a living tradition — the Pachakuti Mesa, through don Oscar Miro-Quesada — not from a weekend certificate you grant yourself.
2. A true initiation, not a course. Three years of formation that change who you are, not just what you know — held to the depth and standard of a Master’s program.
3. Mystical and rigorous. Earth-honoring shamanism woven with trauma-informed, modern understanding — the Resource & Empowerment Therapeutic Model — so you learn to hold this powerful, sometimes shadowed work safely, ethically, and grounded.

In our current Plant Spirit Medicine apprenticeship circles, we are blessed to walk heart-centered guides, leaders, and practitioners from all walks of life and from every corner of the Earth — from Norway, Spain, and Korea, to sacred lands across the Americas. This is a truly global soul family, a gathering of luminous beings answering an ancient call.
By the completion of this Master’s Level Training you don’t just know about ceremony — you can hold it. Over three years you will:
Heal, empower, and awaken — continuing your own deep healing in a radically empowered way, because your healing is your service.
Build sacred relationship with Spirit and the Land — learning direct, devoted communication with the plant spirits, the guardians of Ayni, and the living web of life.
Become a grounded, trustworthy ceremonial leader — able to open and hold sacred space, work skillfully with whatever arises, and return yourself and others to balance and centeredness.
By the time you complete this path, you will not just learn ceremony. You will have become ceremony — someone who can stand in the eye of the storm, clear and unshaken, in devoted service to another’s healing.

This bridge building is a syncretic and integral path which empowers each individual to become the “Shaman” of their own healing journey, through guided, sincere, and authentic practice.

Space is limited. We are calling in a committed circle of spiritually mature, grounded, and aligned souls ready to truly evolve and serve.
We welcome your questions and your application will be reviewed with care and presence by our team.
Step 2
Personal Connection Call
Once your application is received, our team will reach out to schedule a sacred call with either Darcy or Robin — a space to explore your unique calling to this work and ensure mutual resonance.
Step 3
Acceptance & Commitment to Year 1
If you are accepted, you will be welcomed into Year 1 of the apprenticeship.
Commitments to Year 2 and Year 3 are made separately, as you are ready to deepen.

Prerequisites for Enrollment
To ensure you are ready for the depth of this path, one of the following is required:
Completion of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT) Foundational Apprenticeship Series
Current enrollment in the PMT series with a PMT-sanctioned teacher
Commitment to complete at least 50% of the 7 week and 24 week online PMT course with don Oscar Miro-Quesada before our first gathering in September
Upon registration, you will receive access to our 7-Week Entheogenesis Course
— a powerful preparatory journey into plant spirit wisdom and ceremonial consciousness, preparing you for our opening retreat at:
